Desalting and rehydration vat brand Tecnoceam
Suitable for all products preserved in brine (in drums) and for rehydrating dried legumes.
The products are emptied into the vats where desalting is accelerated by continuous water injection and timed bubbling, until the product reaches the desired values for filling jars or further processing.
Variable times from 6 to 10 hours depending on the product.
Made from stainless steel 316
The product is extracted by a conveyor belt made from special plastic material .
