Filling/Capping group brand NEW PROJECT model 12-2 , suitable for olive oil filling in glass or PET bottles, mono-block execution, production up to 2400bph 1liter.
Machine in stainless steel, composed of a constant level filler with 12 valves plus a double head capping machine suitable to apply aluminum screw cap. Now the machine is equipped with parts and accessories to fill and close glass bottles with square base type Marasca 750ml; changing the appropriate parts is possible fill and close also other sizes and bottles, square or round.
The machine is supplied complete of:
– Service tank in stainless steel, with progressive cavity pump for product feeding to the filler
– Automatic positive pressure filler 12 valves
– Automatic caps feeder and dispenser
– Automatic double head capper (aluminum screw cap applicator)
– In line conveyor for bottles inlet/outlet
– Control panel
– Perimeter protection in stainless steel and polycarbonate with safety switch
