Product Description
Complete whole and diced tomatoes production and packing line, from the raw material receiving up to the canned product packaging and palletizing. The line produce whole and diced tomatoes canned in 1/2kg and 1kg tin cans and packed in cartons of shrink wrapped packs. The line, is in very good conditions, is actually installed in a factory, is possible with a short notice to organize a visit to the plant where they are.
If requested, with ancillary agreement, we can make the refurbishment of all the machineries.
The whole peeled and diced tomatoes production and packing line is compose of:
1) Automatic plastic bins overturning machine of last generation
2) Raw material receiving tank, with sludge and stone remover plus blowing bubbling water system, complete of flume conveying channels

12) Set of hoppers, screw conveyor, channels, etc. for waste collecting and recovery
13) Dicing group, compose of: elevator/feeder, dicing machine high capacity, scraps vibrating separators, diced product sorting, waste collecting and recovery group
