These machines are suitable for the application of full wrap-around labels onto cylindrical containers of any type (tin cans, glass bottles, baby foods jars, plastic tubes spray bottles and rolls).
These models are flexible and easy to put in operation so that they may be incorporated into an high speed production line, or used independently where frequent changes in sizes and small batch production are required .
Operating methods:
The containers in the rolling position are fed by gravity into the machine. They are spaced and conveyed on the rotating glue applicators to apply glue to each container (pick-up operation).
The container makes one revolution to contact the leading edge of the top label in the stack. During the next revolution the label is wrapped around the container.
Feeding of labels is made by means of an automatic device “no can no label” system.
Glue is applied to the end of the label, the cans then roll over a seaming pad to set the labels firmly in a tight and square position.
Hot Melt: The first glue could be hot melt glue using an electronically controlled pot. This option also includes the electrical panel.
Low Glue Usage: Paper-on paper glueing is effected by means of double special stainless steel spring (or round belt), using more economical glues along with low consumption.
Simple to adjust: Changing from one can size to another is quickly and easily achieved by the adjustment of hand wheels. The carriage adjustment to be made very quickly and with the minimum inconvenience.
Quick size change:
Adjustment of the machines according to the different size of cans is obtained by means of hand wheels Easy and immediate.
