Rotating piston filler PFP06 with 6 dosing piston, particularly suitable to fill thick or semi-thick food products as jam, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, concentrated pulp, tomato paste, baby-food, patè, mustard, liquid chocolate, etc…
The machine is built-up in stainless steel AISI 304 while all parts in contact with the food product, are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or special plastic material food grade. The filler is coupled with a single head seaming machine 2000/1, stationary can type, for filled cans of regular cylindrical shape in tin.
The transportation/feeding of the empty containers is obtained by means of a conveyor belt with stainless steel table-top chain, connected with and external storage disc.

The cylinder-piston units and the outside body female of the valves are made of stainless steel AISI 316, while the inlet shutters are made of special plastic material which is suitable to come into contact with food product, approval by FDA.
Product tank in stainless steel; the level control inside the product tank is obtained by means of a capacitive probe.
On the machine is also installed an electro-pneumatic device “No Container No Fill” in order to close the product valve cock when there is no container under the product nozzle.
The motorization is given by a drive take off from the seaming machine
The piston filler is coupled to the seaming machine by means of a straight stainless steel can in feed dog chain conveyor with constant pitch.

The motorization is given by machine gear- box controlled by electronic inverter which allows to obtain an optimum speed adjustment and a more gradual start and stop of the machine.

The switchboard is made of stainless steel, is provided by low voltage controls (24V), containing the PLC for the control of the machine operation, electronic speed controller INVERTER, tachometer, piece counter, display operator interface.
