The filling system for aseptic diced tomato is composed of:
– Product dosage and preparation group, where are mixed in the right proportions the diced tomato with juice or sauce, essentially consisting of:
o Storage group, for the sauce / juice preheating and feeding, equipped with an holding tank, heat exchanger, temperature controller
o Diced product feeding group, with shaped rollers drainer and waste recovery pump
o Automatic final product (diced + sauce)mixing unit
– Buffer tank to feed the ready mixed product to the sterilizer
– Sterilizer feeding pump, type double piston reciprocating operation
– In-Line metal detector, with automated valve for evacuation not suitable product not suitable
– Aseptic sterilizer, tube in tube type, for the product heating
– Overheated water preparation group, complete with pump, expansion tank, steam power supply and control instrumentation
– Aseptic three-way valve for product deviation in case of low temperature
– Holding section, tubular type made of a series of thermo-insulated pipes
– Aseptic cooler , tube in tube type, with cooling water supply device and temperature adjustment
– Automatic washing Group C.I.P.
– Double Head aseptic filler, suitable for filling drums on pallets or big bags; complete with: filling heads; empty containers on pallet inlet roller conveyors; filled containers on pallet outlet roller conveyors; electronic product dosing device; weighing and label printing system; operator interface; control panel.
