Product Description
The line referred to the machineries photos, is complete from the receiving unloading channel up to the continuous evaporator; all the machinery are in very good conditions and control instrumentation and control panels in good conditions. The line have a production capacity of 660 t/day, refer to fresh tomatoes at 5°Brix initial. Year of construction 1996, but due the low tomatoes production in the installation zone, the line work only some years; at this time is still installed in the factory and is possible see it completely erected.
The line is compose of:
A) Unloading channel for tomatoes in bulk, complete of water guns, Sludge and stone remover and accessories
B) Weed-Grass remover roller elevator type built in stainless steel
C) Raw tomatoes storage tank with two outlets
D) N.2 hydraulic transport channels
E) N.2 buffer tank for rinsing/sorting feeding
F) N.2 roller conveyors for tomato rinsing and sorting with catwalk, access ladders and accessories;
G) N.2 Hammer crushers for tomatoes with collecting hopper and extraction pumps
H) N.2 Tubular pre-heater C.B. system for crushed tomatoes; complete of temperature controller, steam feeding group and accessories
I) N.2 Double stage juice extractors model TE30, complete of supporting frame and accessories
J) Screw press for residual juice recovery and waste drying with, juice recovery pump, feeding and discharge auger conveyors
K) N.2 Buffer tank with two centrifugal pumps all stainless steel
L) N.2 Storage tank for tomato juice capacity 25t each with extraction pumps
M) Continuous triple effect evaporator Manzini model MV660-3E; concentrate tank with mixer and various connecting pipes and accessories
N) Group of cooling tower (nr.3 units) for condenser cooling water recycle, complete of pumps and accessories
