Product Description
The machine fills the containers during transfer on the transport chain and their passage under the filling tube, the containers are filled to the brim, and then an adjustable tilt device, located downstream, provides to eliminate the excess liquid, which is then recycled.
Machine completely in stainless steel in very good conditions, complete of:
– storage tank for filling liquid;
– steam coil for filling liquid heating;
– temperature regulator; steam supply system;
– recycle pump for liquid recovery and circulation;
– chain conveyor for container transfer; adjustable side guides;
– gearbox;
– control panel.
Machine suitable to fill cans or jars of various diameter and height from 150g up to 5kg
