Desalting and rehydration vat 450×170
Suitable for all products preserved in brine (in drums) and for dried legumes rehydration.
The products are emptied into the vats where desalting is accelerated by continuous water injection and timed bubbling, until the product reaches the desired values for filling jars or further processing.
Possibility to heat the water by steam injection by means of the dedicated manifold and device
Variable times from 4 to 16 hours depending on the product and mode of processing
Made from stainless steel 316
The product is extracted by a conveyor transport in stainless steel modular chain
