Multiple layer rotating cans pasteurizer/cooler for tomato derivate and similar products. The machine is composed of four overlapping sections with horizontal ways. The three upper sections are used for product pasteurization while the inferior is for the cooling process.

The products are emptied into the vats where desalting is accelerated by continuous water injection and timed bubbling, until the product reaches the desired values for filling jars or further processing.
