Product Description
Continuous quadruple thermal effect evaporator, forced circulation type, working capacity 1200t/24hour, refer to fresh tomatoes at 5°brix initial. Machine complete in all the parts, control panel in good conditions; control instrumentation pneumatic type with pneumatically actuated valves; electronic refractometer old model in working conditions. Year of construction 1985, the evaporator has been installed in a zone with a low tomatoes production, for this reason the evaporator work only some years. At this time the evaporator is dismantled and stored in our warehouse in Angri.
The evaporator has 3 stages with circulation pumps driven by electric motor in the fourth stage the pump is driven by steam turbine.
The evaporator work really in four thermal effect that means that with one kg of steam the machine can evaporate approx 4 kg of water with evident advantage.
