Triple thermal effect continuous evaporator MANZINI MV660-3E forced circulation type, working capacity 660t/24hour, refer to fresh tomatoes with 5°Brix initial. Machine complete in all the parts and in very good conditions; control instrumentation electronic type, with pneumatically actuated valves; electronic refractometer M.M. in good conditions. Year of construction 1996, the evaporator has been installed in a zone with a low tomatoes production, for this reason the evaporator work only some years, at this time is still installed in the factory and is possible see it completely erected. This machine is practically ready to use, need only a normal maintenance before start-up.
The evaporator has 3 stages with circulation pumps driven by electric motor.
The evaporator work in three thermal effect that means that with one kg of steam the machine can evaporate approx 3 kg of water.
