Built in stainless steel AISI 304, designed to check the product incoming from feeding unit. First stage inclined at 27-30° for washing and leaf/grass removing, second stage horizontal for product sorting.
Complete of:
– Stainless steel rotary rollers with plastic gear heads, rotations by rubber friction guide under the plastic gear, adjustable in heights . Rollers sideways are connected each other by means of two steel chains.
– Stainless steel AISI 304 shaped side guides
– Stainless steel lateral walkway with access ladders and safety railings
– Waste evacuation belt conveyor over the sorting section
– motorization with gearbox and speed reducer
– anti-dripping apron in stainless steel
– hoppers in stainless steel
