Triple thermal effect continuous evaporator ROSSI & CATELLI T45/60T.E. Califfo forced circulation type, working capacity 630t/24hour.
Counter current steam-product circulation; The evaporator has three stages with circulation pumps driven by electric motor plus flash-cooler on the juice inlet.
The evaporator work in three thermal effect that means that with one kg of steam the machine can evaporate approx 3 kg of water.
Machine complete in all the parts and accessories, equipped of instrumentation and control panel; need a normal maintenance.
Year of construction 1986, the evaporator has been installed in South Italy region.
